4 Days & 3, Northern Tanzania Camping Safari

Trip Highlights: It is a 4 day safari to parks in the Northern Tanzania the trip starts right in Nairobi the capital of Kenya and ends in Nairobi. You should expect to see various animals during the trip as this parks are richly endowed with wildlife such as buffalo, elephant, tree climbing lions, leopard and black rhino, lesser flamingos and Egyptian geese. Accommodation is in Lodges while transport is scheduled to be in a Land Cruiser 4 x4.

 Day to Day Itinerary

Day 1 Nairobi- Lake Manyara National Park

You will be picked from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by our tour manager and driver/guide. Depart Nairobi for Arusha town via Namanga border town. You shall have lunch en- route at Namanga border point at then proceed to Lake Manyara National Park for afternoon game drive. Animals seen include buffalo and elephant. Other animals present that can be seen with luck are the tree climbing lions, leopard and black rhino. Lesser flamingos and Egyptian geese are some of the birds seen here.

Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge.

Day 2 Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you will depart for Ngorongoro crater have a game viewing drive. You will break for your picnic lunch at the Ngoitoktok springs picnic site. All the big five may be seen. Other species encountered are cheetah, grant's and Thompson’s gazelle, common zebra, wildebeest and the spotted hyena. Flamingos may also be seen at the Crater Lake.

Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa lodge with an excellent view of the crater floor.

Day 3 Ngorongoro Crater-Tarangire National Park

In the morning after breakfast you will leave Ngorongoro for Tarangire National Park. Arrive in time for check-in and game drive; lunch will be taken en-route. The park contains all the big five except leopard. Other migratory game seen here includes Cape buffalo, hoopes, love birds, starling, rock pythons, albino giraffe, tree climbing pythons, puff adders, the fringe eared Oryx and the gerenuk among a wide variety of birds species counting up to 550 species. The Park size is 2850 sq. km (1,096 sq. miles).While it is Located 118 km (75 miles) southwest of Arusha.

Activities to in participate in include: Guided walking safaris, visit to Maasai and Barabaig villages, as well as to the hundreds of ancient rock paintings in the vicinity of Kolo on the Dodoma Road.

Dinner and Overnight at Sopa Tarangire Lodge

Day 4 Tarangire National Park- Nairobi-Departure.

After an early breakfast you will embark on a morning game in Tarangire National Park thereafter leave for Nairobi with lunch en-route in Arusha towards the Namanga border point. Arriving in the afternoon to catch your departure flight
